These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the macauph platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and customer support made available at macauph.org.

By registering an account with macauph, accessing the macauph platform, or placing any bet or wager through macauph.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with macauph. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonus credits therein.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly notify macauph of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your macauph account login credentials. macauph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You must notify macauph customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
macauph operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) requirements under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine identification document, proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation before withdrawals are processed or certain account limits are raised.
All macauph account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). macauph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, and processing times are subject to change and will be displayed on the macauph Deposit page.
Deposits made via Philippine e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) are generally credited to your macauph balance in real time. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. macauph does not accept cash payments, third-party payment transfers, or deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name.
macauph does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may charge transaction or service fees — these are outside macauph's control and are your responsibility.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name that have previously been used to deposit into your macauph account, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet confirmed through the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
macauph processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) typically complete within 30 minutes. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank typically settle within 1–2 hours, subject to your bank's processing schedules.
macauph reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be suspended or declined where macauph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
macauph offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.
Bonus credits are separate from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds. Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, standard wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount. Bets placed on certain game categories (including roulette, baccarat, and other table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in individual promotion terms.
macauph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus systems — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated bonus abuse strategies, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account suspension.
All games available on the macauph platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently certified by recognized testing agencies. Live dealer table games use physical cards, dice, and roulette wheels in real-time broadcast environments. macauph does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and your bet returned to your balance. macauph will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by contacting macauph customer support via live chat or by activating the self-exclusion tool in account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. macauph will not solicit or send promotional communications to self-excluded players. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

macauph reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts engaged in prohibited conduct, void all related bets and balances, and report the activity to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authority.
All content on the macauph platform — including but not limited to the macauph logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of macauph or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any macauph content without express written permission from macauph.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, macauph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the macauph platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. macauph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to macauph in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
macauph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability, and macauph will not be liable for losses arising from such downtime.
macauph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, regulatory direction, or Player self-exclusion requests. Upon permanent account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML verification procedures.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the macauph platform shall first be referred to macauph customer support for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
macauph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, macauph will provide no less than seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via the registered email or mobile number on your macauph account. Your continued use of the macauph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
